** New Date: Saturday 16th September **

DoItAgainLogoPanto is back! Oh Yes it is! We may only be just entering the Summer months and the festive C word traditionally associated with PANTOMIME is far from our minds, but for those who love the silly slapstick sketches, who adore the larger than life sets and simply can’t wait to shout “Its Behind you!” then you can get your Pantomime fix this September at Carmarthen’s Lyric Theatre!

The custard pies, the leggy dancers and a naughty dame, infamous for her innuendos and for picking on a man near the front row will be out in full force with a highly energised cast to produce a reunion style show that has all the Pantomime ingredients in one side splittingly funny show!

Jermin Productions are proud to produce this unique one off show that will feature an array of sketches, games and songs all perfect for the family. Mark Jermin, Director of the company, and director of the annual Productions at the Lyric Theatre says..

“We just love Panto! And simply couldn’t wait until December to get into the spirit of things… This year, our company have been really eager to get things planned and prepared for this December’s Jack and the Beanstalk and with an ultra-talented and brilliant triple threat cast already in place, we wanted to give them an opportunity to meet our audiences.”

The team have already been busy with this year’s Pantomime Cast in numerous Photo shoots and Press calls and will be revealing the exciting line up of this year’s Jack and the Beanstalk LIVE on STAGE at this Reunion show.

“Audiences will get an exclusive chance to see and meet this year’s cast,  all of which whom will be revealed in June!  We are delighted to have built up audiences in our Pantomime venues which include Carmarthen, Swansea and Port Talbot and want to offer these fantastic loyal audiences an experience like never before… everyone loves our Ghost gag, no matter what time of the year… which is where we got our title from….**cue leg jerk in unison** “Well… We’ll have to do it again then won’t we.. **kick leg** Wooo!”

This year is extra exciting for the South Wales run Company as this year’s Pantomime not only branches out to a brand new Venue for the team in the form of Llanelli’s Ffwrnes Theatre but the Pantomime will offer a selection of unique Audience Accessible Performances including more School performances than ever before, Relaxed performances and performances in the Welsh Language!

“We are delighted to be returning to Carmarthen this year with our 2017 / 2018 version of JACK AND THE BEANSTALK and promise to make this year’s Production even better than last year!!!” says actress and company director Nia Jermin. “The 2016 / 2017 season, saw the company produce a Pantomime that dazzled audiences in the form of Dick Whittington.

“This season is an extra exciting one for our company as we move our Production to Llanelli’s Ffwrnes venue” adds Mark Jermin who understands the importance of developing young talent and providing audiences with a wealth of experience and opportunities. “We are hugely looking forward to offering the audiences surrounding this Venue a unique and original Pantomime Production that offers discounted Schools performance as well as audience accessible performances so that everyone can get a fantastic festive treat in the lead up to Christmas, The final week leading up to Christmas is always really special and we are excited to also offer Christmas Eve Pantomime performances at Ffwrnes this year.

“We are putting all our eggs into one basket (excuse the pun!) for this year’s Jack Panto and we are the more excited than ever,” says Nia.

DoItAgain_Character3: “We’ll Have To Do It Again Then Won’t We” will give audiences a sneaky first preview at this year’s antics and Cast! The Pantomime Reunion style show will play on Saturday 16th September with an array of sketches, games and songs. It will be led and hosted by Pantomime favourite: actor and funny man ADAM BYARD who annually plays the children’s (and Mum’s) favourite character called J J with the catch phrase “WAY HEY – J J!!” Adam is previously known for appearing as lead characters in feature films: King Arthur: Excalibur Rising (Owain Ddantgwyn) Hunky Dory (Lewis) and Bridgend.

“We are so excited to have Adam back with us for his fifth Pantomime this year as the fun loving J JS and he seemed the perfect choice to act as host to this fun Summer Panto show as he is so popular with children, Mums, Dads, Grannies… everyone loves his charm and quick wit!” says Nia

“This show will also be an opportunity for us to try and test the different chemistry between cast mates, and go to town on hilarious sketches… all LIVE in front of a real audience, something we’ve never done before” adds Nia.

Don’t miss this witty and entertaining show  or…. “We’ll have to do it again then won’t we… WOO!!”
