It’s a Race Against Time as the Clock Strikes 12!

We are delighted to once again be supporting the wonderful charity ‘Maggie’s Cancer Care’ through our involvement in this year’s Admiral Swansea Bay Admiral Race. On 22nd September we will be dashing to the finish line alongside Mascots including Sparky the Bear from the Charity Cerebra, Mr Leek from the wonderful CK Foodstores and Enjoy Swansea Bay’s Jo Joio.

Our 100m dash will start at 11.10am outside St Helen’s – that’s 10 minutes after the main race starts from the same location. Each mascot will line up and prepare for the Race of their life as they fight for the chance to be crowned the 2019 winner!

The Admiral Swansea Bay 10K and mascot race is organised by Swansea Council as well as their 1k and 3k junior races.

Robert Francis-Davies, the council’s cabinet member for investment, regeneration and tourism, said: “The mascot race has become a key part of the Admiral Swansea Bay 10k experience.

“It provides great entertainment for onlookers while also helping raise funds for worthwhile causes.

“It adds a fun element to a family-friendly event that meets the needs of elite athletes, charity fundraisers and people looking to conquer their personal fitness challenges.

“The Admiral Swansea Bay 10k is a terrific event to take part in – and a great event for spectators, with thousands of people lining the sweep of Swansea Bay to watch their friends and loved ones race.”

Why to come along to support Cinderella’s Clock in the Mascot Race, a character who is not only running the Race as a clock but also running in HEELS! That’s right, Cinderella’s Clock will be racing in a pair of GLASS SLIPPERS ahead of our Cinderella Pantomime arriving at THREE South Wales Venues this Christmas!

Along with our Dashing Clock Mascot, our MAIN CAST characters will also be at the Admiral Swansea Bay 10K with our 2019 Pantomime Car! Why not come along to meet the cast, have some photos and even meet our Pantomime Car ‘Twirley Bassey’.

It is guaranteed to be a fun-filled day, we hope to see you all there on Sunday 22nd September 2019!
