When you audition for Jermin Productions, work with our company or sign up to our online newsletter you provide us with some basic personal information such as name, email address and contact number in order for us to contact you and send you relevant information.
The personal information you provide to us with is held by us in order to (a) notify you of and provide you with information on upcoming events, auditions or casting opportunities and (b) to notify you if anything changes in relation to your booking/partnership with Jermin Productions – for example if any of our events are cancelled. We will not share this information with any third parties or individuals outside of the Jermin Productions company.
This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us (including data collected/provided online by telephone or in person), will be processed by us. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
We may collect and process the following data about you:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.jerminproductions.co.uk (“our site”). This includes information provided at the time of subscribing to our services or signing up to our news letter;

- We may also ask you to complete surveys in response to an event or productions, you are not obligated to respond to these;
- We will store information on past, present and future employees for the purposes of future events and castings;
- Contact information for customers that have used our services;
- Clients who are a recipient of our services.
Such data may include your name, delivery address, email address and telephone number. Debit/Credit Card information will be saved for present employees for payment purposes. With regard to debit and/or credit card numbers we will retain these only for the time that the employee is working for the company unless future on going payments need to be made.
